Strasbourg événements: events are our vocation!
Conventions, exhibitions, trade fairs, shows, seminars, colloquiums:
all are welcome at the Palais des congrès and Parc des expositions in Strasbourg. Two sites, both full of character and ideally located in the heart of the European district, a stone’s throw from the Parliament, a brief tram ride away from the TGV station and 20 min from the airport.
From design to the general installation, via the registration and on-line management of your accommodation, our team is there to help you every step of the way in organising, preparing and running your event. We have all the expertise needed when it comes to events to ensure the success of your function.
Because a convention in Strasbourg inevitably has that little something special about it…
In terms of organisations, we are planning an array of exhibitions for the general public and professionals for example, on contemporary art, housing, gastronomy, creative pastimes, flea markets, tourism, real estate, etc. There is also the European Trade Fair in September, not to mention the Rieslings, Pinots gris & Gewurtztraminer du Monde international competitions, integrated for the first time into the gastronomy Trade fair - égast in 2010. And side festivals, a second edition of the Mondial de la Bière - International beer tasting festival - and INOX - electronic festival - are already scheduled for october/november 2010.
If you are looking for shows, we have plenty to offer: concerts by l’Orchestre Philharmonique de Strasbourg and contemporary, classical and jazz music festivals, etc.

At the End of 2009, Strasbourg evenements published its charter of sustainable development policy, first stone in an approach of permanent reflection.
Purpose: make aware, inform, train to involve in house and the extern players of the company in the environmental protection.
In 2010, Member of Idée Alsace, Strasbourg evenements realizes its first carbon assessment!
